TLF-970 series product is a basic type of high-performance insulation mat and is cost-effective. The series product is made of high-performance refractory ceramic fiber which has been purified by water and covered by an organic binder. TLF-970 series product exhibits excellent performance in the thermal insulation of the fire when the temperature is less than 12600C.
The flexibility of TLF-970 is excellent, bent nearly 180 degrees without crack. TLF-970 is easy to wrap or shape.
TLF-970 is mainly applied in the exhaust system insulation, chassis insulation, thermal protection of the engine, lithium battery separator, and new energy vehicle battery passive fire protection.
In addition, to meet the needs of automotive insulation fire, TLF-970 can be used in a variety of industrial insulation, electrical fire insulation, and fire protection.
This product can be used as a motor vehicle, electric heater protection, household electrical insulation, metal cladding gasket, thermal insulation in the petrochemical industry, transmission line protection, welding protection, sound insulation, thermo-shield, and thermocouple protection.

Packing & Loading
1. Roll packaging: PE plastic film.
2. Pallet packaging: Pallets should NOT be stacked in more than 2 layers.
The pallet is free of fumigation, fumigation certificate is available.
Delivery
The product will be loaded into a container in the factory. Then be delivered to the seaport, and finally shipped to the Customers' port by MSK, MSC, CMA, COSCO, YANG MING, APL, etc.
Storage
This product should be stored in a dry, ventilated, rainproof place, with temperatures from 5℃to 35℃ and humidity between 35% and 65%. It is recommended to be kept in a safe package when not used to avoid dampness.
